NeighborWorks® is a one-stop-shop, providing all the answers and support a homebuyer needs- homebuyer education, realty, financial coaching, foreclosure counseling, and more.

That means we keep the buyer’s best interests front and center throughout the home buying process, from the day they come through our door to the day we hand them the keys to a home of their own and beyond.
Organizational structure
NeighborWorks® Housing Solutions. is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation in the state of Massachusetts. The agency is governed by a board of directors comprised of 22 members, including business leaders and government officials as well as low-income and neighborhood residents, who make up more than one-third of the board.
A charter member of the national NeighborWorks® Network, NWSOMA currently operates three full-service NeighborWorks® Homeownership Centers in Quincy, Brockton and New Bedford.
