Dennis Falcione Bio

Working directly with First Time Home Buyers for 30 years, and has been an active Realtor for most of that time. He was the Loan Officer at MassHousing for a number of years. This was followed by a 17 year stint as a Housing Program Director at the North Suburban Consortium (NSC), based in Malden and covering seven surrounding Cities and Towns. During this time, he ran the First Time Home Buyers program including the Homebuyer Counseling certificate workshop, and acted as the Consortium’s Realtor; listing and selling the resales of homeownership units monitored by the NSC.

Due to a family illness in 2012, Dennis was required to work a lot closer to home, and over the past four years has dedicated his efforts primarily to the Real Estate portion of the business. These efforts have proven beneficial to clients who know that he will be taking them successfully through each and every aspect of the home buying process. This hands on approach has brought him well respected recognition as one of the top performers in the industry. At his previous employer, Jack Conway and Co., Hanover Office, Dennis was either tops or tied for tops in number of sales transactions during the three full years he was with them.

Due to success in working with more seasoned homeowners, Dennis gained certification as a Senior Specialist. Also gained status and recognition as a Relocation Specialist, working with clients throughout the area in a number of relocation scenarios.

He is happy to and actually requests that all future clients sit down with him to take a run through the entire home buying process. You will see how this hands–on approach makes the difference in arriving successfully at the closing table and well beyond; as his job is to not only create access but ensure sustainability as First Time Home Buyers continue on the homeownership journey.

A New Start In Life

Many people think first time homebuyers are young people but Joanne Jacobs (age 54) attended a recent NeighborWorks® Southern Mass Homebuyer Education class in Wareham. Joanne has been renting a cottage on Buttermilk Bay for the last ten years and her landlord has given her the opportunity to purchase the cottage! Joanne heard about our classes at her bank and decided to come so that she could be an educated homebuyer. Today, Joanne is the very happy owner of her first home!
